We believe the walls are in such condition you could paint over (only one part with wallpaper that we will remove before the job). We estimated around 90 m2 of wall surface.
2) Renovating wooden stairs:
We would like to remove the old paint and use the anti-slip paint. Around 4 m2 including a mezzanine and 14 steps.
We would need the job during the first half of July.
