Hello,
We are planning to buy a paritalo in Espoo and wanted to check how much the renovation costs will be. We would like to -
1) Renovating the WC (upstairs only) and removing the cabinet under the sink so that a bigger washing machine can fit there. The putkiremontti will be coming in a few years time so we don't want to spend too much on this.
2) Painting/wallpapering the red wall (rough dimensions - 3.45m X 6m with doors in between
3) Painting/wallpapering over the green Halltex walls. The halltex panels are only on 2 walls of the room.
4) Removing the glass wall cabinet in the dining space.
