We speak Finnish and English (I mostly English and a bit of Finnish).
Surface renovation of a toilet, 2,38 square meters. The pipes renovations have been completed this month by another company.
- Removal of old tiles from floor
- Moisture insulation of floors, tiling of floors and walls (until 1,25 m high) + adding wooden trim
- Please note that the wall has a tile pattern that needs to be done well. The cut should not be complicated at all (straight and following pre-cuts in the tiles), but we want someone who is interested in doing a good job (not just "I put the tiles on the wall, who cares if it looks good"). We already have a simple design made by an interior design according to the measurements of the tiles and the space, so that should make the tile planning faster from the constructor part. It is this type of tiles, so as you can see, they are 45x45 cm, with "pre-cuts" in the middle. The design is attached. Please refer to that only for the tiles and sink area, the mirror and the shelves on the left are different. Also the colour of the paint needs to be decided.

- Also, we wish for the little corner on the left of the toilet to be removed. We have already verified with the previous valvoja that it can be removed.
- Painting walls (limewash painting)

- Changing sink and installing it in a wooden cabinet (need to make hole for it) and hana
- Placing wall and ceiling lamp + peili
- The door has taken some humidity during these months of putkiremontti because of buket showering in there and a little bit of paint has chipped from the bottom of the door, so we would like that to be fixed (as possible).
Schedule: since our pipe renovations took 6 months, we would really appreciate to get this done as soon as possible. However, we can be slightly flexible on the start of the work, provided that then things proceed as agreed and do not drag for months, especially given that the job is not a huge one.
Almost all materials have been purchased and are already here. Missing are the wooden trim, the wall paint, the kattopaneeli and needed constructing material. I can purchase the wooden trim, the rest we would appreciate if the contractor could purchase himself. We appreciate work done with care, and we want to have open communication with the contractor, so that things go smooth.
Other smaller things around the house that have been left undone can also be agreed separately.
