I have a 31 sqm studio flat that I need repainted.
- There is some paint peeling from the ceiling
- There are some holes in the walls and ceiling that need to be repaired
- The flat will be fully vacant and empty (it currently has a tenant until Mon 15th Dec so visits will be difficult)
- You can park your vehicle in our parking space opposite the flat
- Please give an estimate for the cost of materials (eg paint) in the quote. The whole flat will be painted white

- Cleaning the tile grout in the bathroom and 2x window shelves
- Replace the laminate flooring
