I have small storage room nearby our main bathroom. We want to change this storage to be a bathroom and. We want to put a toilet, washbasin, laundry machine, dry machine, and shower ( optional depend on the cost of this)
This room doesn't have a drainage. You might need to install a drainage on the floor for laundry machine and toilet. The bathroom is at nearby. maybe you can build a pipe connect to the nearby drainage. This room also needs to do waterproof renovation.
