Hi,
I want to remove the current staircase (made of concrete) and replace it with a more modern and lighter version.
At the moment I don't have the measurements of the apartment because I just bought the house and I don't have access yet.
I would like to use straight stairs (or L shaped) but there might not be enough space (in that case, I would keep the current U-shaped version).
I will buy a staircase kit and I need to install it.
I would to have a rough estimate of the costs for:
- removing the current staircase
- possible fixes of the wall
- installation of the staircase kit
Starting date of works is very flexible.
* In addition to staircase, I am also planning to renew my two bathrooms and kitchen, so I am willing to discuss a bigger "renovation package" but it depends a lot on the budget
