Talo on myynnisssä ja ostajakandidaatti on pyytänyt hintatietoja/tarjouksia parannuksista sade-/hulevesijärjestelmään seuraavasti (kiinteistövälittäjän viestistä kopioitu alle):

- the rainwater should be directed at least 3 meters away from the building. In Finnish, we use the term hulevesijärjestelmä for this.
- the buyer wants the stormwater (rainwater) to be directed via a discharge pipe directly into the municipal stormwater system at the edge of the plot. The matter we are discussing is therefore the construction and excavation of these stormwater pipes.
- the buyer wants a quote / official cost estimate for the project.

The buyer also wants to know the cost / receive a quote for repairing the rainwater drainage system of the second-floor balcony terrace. At present, rainwater is partly directed onto the building façade, which has also caused staining on the wall. This issue is also mentioned in the condition inspection report, so the structure should be opened where necessary, and a quote and report should be provided on what needs to be done to ensure that rainwater will no longer be directed onto the wall in the future.
