Our house's old owner had leakage in their old water heater that we found out after buying the house. Because of this we need to completely rebuild the bottom of our partition walls in kitchen and bedroom. Areas that needs to be rebuild are 1900x400 mm and 1850x400 mm, picture attached to explain.
On the other side of the wall there is laundry room that shares the same waterproofing with shower room and sauna so the gypsum boards on the laundry can't be taken off for this work, so it needs some kind of build support for a bit. After taken off the woodwork from the wall, all the hidden areas of laundry room wall and concrete needs to be sanded, disinfected and capsule painted over to get rid off the dried mold. Rest of the boards have this already done.
We also need new flooring and lists for around 28m2 so this is job that could possibly also be done if we come to agreement.
We wish that the project could be started as soon as possible, since we have no place to make food in our house at the moment.
