The house needs to be renovated before new owners move in. All the walls and ceiling need to be painted with a new paint. Also all the switches and power outlets need to be changed to a new ones. Currently part of the flooring in the house is laminate and part of it is parquet. The laminate part needs to be changed to parquet, also all the plinths need to be replaced. The separate visit to assess the amount of work, materials, time and money needed for the job can be arranged in the end of march or beginning of april. The job needs to be started somewhere in the beginning of april and needs to be finished as soon as possible, but no later then end of april. All the materials for the job will be bought by the owner.
