We are moving to a new house and we need to renovate old ash/saarni mosaic floor as well as install new mosaic floor of the same kind.
1. Around 45sqm of glued mosaic floor to be sanded and varnished.
2. Around 102sqm of new glued mosaic floor to be installed, sanded, and varnished.
The old floating parquet and plastic floors will be removed prior to your work. We are happy order the materials ourselves but would appreciate some advice and direction.
All of these requests have been documented in the attached brief document. We are also attaching some photos documenting the spaces and their condition. Since one of us is not a Finnish speaker, we appreciate communication in English.
