The apartment has 2 entry doors but the secondary door can only be opened from the inside and no one has the key to open the door from the outside. Housing company is not taking responsibility for the door and has requested for us to get our own locksmith in order to be able to use the door.
We would need a key made for the door or the lock to be replaced on the door. The outside of the door has a key hole, the inside of the door has a round circular latch.
