Hi Dimitar!
I have a bedroom renovation beginning this coming Monday (24th July). The walls and ceiling will be thoroughly mortared and painted. The bedroom size is about 15 m2. Depending on the ventiltion and dryout, the work should be ready in 1-1,5 weeks. Therefore, I'm approaching you to ask whether you would have the beginning of August free to come and work on the flooring. The starting day may still vary, if the previous work takes longer. But I would assume the work could start on the 3rd-4th of August.
The flooring is old pinewood, and I would like it to be lightly sanded and varnished with colorless, water solvent, non-/semi-glossed varnish. I attach couple of photos for you to see the current condition.
If you could be available at that time period, would you please send a quotation.
