Lattiaremontti / Floor renovation
- Keittiön n. 7m2 vanha lautalattia purku ja uuden lautalattian rakentaminen, samaan korkoon kuin olohuoneessa ja yhtä leveillä laudoilla (+/- 10mm).
-Vanha kynnys keittiön ja eteisen välillä korvataan vastaavankokoisella lattialaudalla, siten että lattiat yhdistyvät.
- Keittiön, eteisen, makuuhuoneen ja olohuoneen yht n. 55m2 vanhojen maalattujen / lakattujen lautalattioiden hionta puupuhtaaksi ja lakkaus puolihimmeällä lakalla, sekä kiillotus.
- Purkujätteen poiskuljetus kierrätettäväksi
Lisäksi:
- Urakoitsija toimittaa kaikki tarvittavat materiaalit ja tarvikkeet työmaalle.
- Rakennustapa, käytettävät materiaalit, töiden aikataulu, sekä hinnat on käytävä ilmi tarjouksesta.
- Urakoitsija vastaa itse kaikista kuluista joita ei ole sisällytetty tarjoukseen.
- Maksu suoritetaan osissa töiden edistymisen mukaan.
- Aikaisempi kokemus lattiaremontista on esitettävä tarjouksessa.
- In the kitchen the contractor shall dismantle the approximately 7m2 large board foor and install a new board floor to the same height as in the living room using equally wide boards (+/- 10mm).
-The old treshold between the kitchen and the hallway shall be replaced with a similar shaped floorboard to conjoin the two floors.
- The contractor shall sand clean the old painted / laquered floors in the kitchen, living room, bedroom and hallway (with an approximate total area of 55m2 ), apply a new half-matte laquer coating and polish.
-All the dismantled material shall be removed and recycled.
In addition:
- The contractor shall deliver all the required materials and items on site.
- The construction methods, materials, schedule of the works and the cost shall be explained in the offer.
- The contractor shall be responsible for any costs not included in the offer.
- Payment in parts according to progress.
- Previous experience with floor renovation shall be shown in the offer.
