Note: I am submitting this request using Finnish structural details to reach the right professionals, but I would prefer to continue all direct communications, quotes, and planning in English.
Tarvitsemme kylpyhuonekalusteiden uusimisen "avaimet käteen" -periaatteella.
Scope of Work:
- Demolition & Disposal: Removal of old furniture (sink cabinet, integrated sink, wall cabinet). Safe disposal and recycling of the old items.
- Furniture Assembly & Installation: Mounting new premium furniture from Temal (Finland). Both the sink vanity and tall cabinet utilize front support legs but must be safely anchored to the tiled back wall.
- Plumbing (LVI): Connecting the new sink, faucet, and drain line trap.
- Electrical (Sähkötyöt): Safe electrical connection for the new mirror cabinet’s integrated LED lighting and double internal power outlet.
Dimensions & Items to Install:
- Sink Vanity: Temal Stella (2 drawers on front legs). Width: 82.5 cm, Depth: 45.0 cm, Height: 64.0 cm.
- Tall Cabinet: Temal Korkea kaappi (on front legs). Width: 40.0 cm, Depth: 48.0 cm, Height: 182.0 cm.
- Mirror Cabinet: Temal Unic (2 doors with integrated LED lighting). Width: 80.0 cm, Depth: 20.0 cm, Height: 72.7 cm.
Note: There is also a 66.6 cm wide laundry tower frame on the right side of this wall that will house our washing machine and Siemens iQ700 tumble dryer. We will assemble the tower frame ourselves, but the contractor is responsible for installing the new Temal furniture alongside it, lifting/placing both machines securely inside the tower, and completing the appliance connections.
Requirements for the Contractor:
- The company must be registered in the Finnish Prepayment Register (Ennakkoperintärekisteri) to allow for the Household Tax Credit (Kotitalousvähennys).
- Must include certified plumbing and electrical professionals who can verify and sign off on wet-room connections.
Schedule & Pricing Basis:
- We are on vacation until August 16th. The furniture will be ordered immediately afterward with an expected 3-week delivery from Temal. The work can begin in early September 2026.
- We are open to receiving bids based on hourly rates (tuntityö). If bidding hourly, please provide your hourly rate per professional (Carpenter, LVI, Sähkö) and a directional estimate of the total hours required.
