There is an old "cold room" in the newly renovated kitchen. A part of the concrete, load-bearing wall to the right from the door on the picture has to be removed (approximately 70x200cm) so a structural plan for the city is required. After the wall is removed, the internals have to be renovated to a basic level of renovations that would allow furniture installation.
The back wall shares the wall with the sauna so isolation of the sauna will have to be done as it was done before.
There is a chance for asbestos in the wall that will be removed so asbestos check will be needed.
