Hello there! We're doing our first big renovation and are looking for a professional who can support us during the whole process, from planning to execution. The old kitchen needs to be demolished and the new installed, including electricity and plumbing works by certified professionals. No walls need to be removed, no water connection points need to be moved, but most likely new electricity sockets will need to be installed. We have detailed references for new kitchens in the same building that can be followed, so this should make it easier.
In the new layout the kitchen covers the area by the window that currently hosts a radiator: we're not entirely sure how the process goes but I can confirm with the neighbours who had it done. We can take care of absestos survey and possible removal on our own.
We're easy to work with (we don't change our mind unexpectedly, ready solve any issues on the spot) and are looking for somebody reliable, who speaks English and can help us navigate the process. We're considering only contractors with a track record and reviews / references from former clients.
