Vapaa kuvaus remontista:
Small storage space under the house, partly exposed bedrock/large rock, partly bare ground, only a small section currently concreted. Rain causes water buildup all around; there's a drain with a pump on the corner but the floor doesn't channel water to it.
Looking for: full concrete pour (rock doesn't need removal, can stay as high points), sloped/graded surface directing water toward the pump, possibly a some channel at the low point for long-term reliability. The water will enter through the wall, so need to make sure it will all go towards the drain.
Site visit needed due to uneven rock floor — photos attached.
