- Hyvän urakoitsijan löytyessä mahdollisuus jatkaa yläkerran sisätiloissa remonttia, kylpyhuoneen teolla ja väliseinätöissä.

Detached house, built in 2000. Insulation and drywall installation of the usable attic. Total working area approx. 65 m², of which sloped ceilings approx. 38 m².
Insulation with rigid wool, stone wool, vapor barrier plastic, and double plasterboard.
One side of the house has already been completed; now it’s the other side’s turn.
We are looking for an efficient two-person team that can offer the work as a complete package.
If a good contractor is found, there is a possibility to continue with renovation work on the upper floor, including bathroom construction and partition wall work.
