A small kitchen (~ 3 m ^ 2) needs to be renovated.
1) remove / dispose old top and bottom cabinets and wall tiles.
2) install new top and bottom cabinets w same size. Size: 180cm x 60cm. Material of cabinet is already here.
3) Plumbing: install dishwasher and washing machines inside the cabinets
4) Electrician: Some wiring may need as new cabinet installed, not sure.
5) Paperwork: some communication or paperwork for work permit if needed
Schedule: any time, as soon as possible.
Basic English communication is needed.
Option work (could make an additional pay if needed.)
1) make a new floor tile at the area outside of cabinet ~ 2 m ^ 2.
2) make wall tile between cabinet 60cm x 300cm
