Measures of the terrace area:
Height = 2700mm
Front-side = 3000mm
Right-side = 600mm
Left-side = 1200mm
Glazed terrace type:
Glazed terrace is divided in 2 sides, upper and lower.
Fixed glass elements on the lower-side of the terrace, approx. height = 900mm
Sliding glass element on the higher-side of the terrace (to open the terrace).
Lower-side may come in different glass colour, darker.
Higher-side comes in colourless glass.
Flooring:
Current floor is made of wooden panels.
Possible foundation works needed for glazed panel installation.
Other works:
Removal and disposal of current steel structure existing on the terrace.
Dimensions: 1200x1200x2700mm
The existing steel structure is anchored to the terrace floor and ceiling, by 4 iron bars casted into concrete.
To remove the steel structure a power tool to cut the 4 iron bars is needed.
