At the minimum, we need to install a power supply for an external ventilation unit. It's currently using a socket that also powers lights, so the exterior lights need to be on for the ventilation unit to be on. We need a direct power supply from an existing outdoor power box to the ventilation unit.
Additionally, we need the switch for the indoor ventilation unit to be repaired so that it lights up when the indoor system is on (it works currently, only the light doesn't come on).
Finally, we have some non-urgent needs in upgrading old wiring to allow modern smart bulbs to work properly in the house, but we would need to talk to you directly about that, as we don't really understand the system well enough to know what's possible. The outdoor wire and ventilation system switch light are the main needs.
