We are looking for an experienced contractor to carry out deep cleaning and repainting work in a 91.5 sqm concrete house with heavy nicotine staining.
Scope of Work:
• Deep cleaning of ceilings & walls affected by nicotine
• Removal/treatment of orange & black nicotine stains
• Application of nicotine-blocking / stain-sealing primer
• Painting of ceilings & walls after proper preparation
Requirements:
• Experience dealing with nicotine-damaged surfaces
• Use of appropriate blocker primers (no stain bleed-through)
• Clean, professional workmanship
