I have a omakotitalo (wooden) built in 2021 that has the following problems:
- plaster boards have not been sealed probably and there are cracks in some of the walls. About 4 walls are affected by this, see some examples in the attached pictures
- cracks in the corner of the walls are present in most rooms
I am looking for an approximate cost to fix these issues, including materials and cleaning. The house is a 2 storey, 5 rooms, 115m2 in Olari, Espoo area.
