The project comprises the turnkey delivery of a new prefabricated carport with an attached enclosed storage unit
at Lahnapolku 10, 01490 Vantaa, Finland, on an existing residential property. The contractor shall provide a full
turnkey solution including demolition permit responsibilities for the existing building, demolition, enabling works,
civil works, revised foundations, installation of the prefabricated Smartia building system, roofing, insulation,
finishes, electrical works, heating, ventilation, testing, municipality interface, final sign off and complete
handover.
Based on the reference drawings, the arrangement comprises an approximately 26.5 m² open carport and an
approximately 9.0 m² storage space. The storage area is intended to be semi heated and ventilated. The overall
building arrangement, envelope build-up, structural concept, roof form and foundation principles shall comply
with the issued drawings
