The Bathroom floor and wall tiles needs to be painted (not changed) and we need a platform below which we can keep the dryer and washing machine and build lots of storage space.
Also we need to change the wash basin and change the shower cabinet.
I am enclosing the floor plan of the bathroom and also some examples pictures of Washing machine, dryer and storage space.
