Kuvaus
We need english speaking contractor-
Bathroom Renovation --
1. The floor , wall and ceiling needs to be renovated with new standard tiles
2. Toilet seat and sink cabinet with faucet will be reused at same location
3. Wall next to toilet seat need to be demolished permanently
4. Water proofing needs to be done
5. Electrical floor heating needs to be installed along with Thermostate controller
6. Floor Drain and Sink cabinet drain remain at same location
7. shower setup need to move toward the wall corner opposite of Sauna door
8. New Water pipe coming from water tank (its just behind the sink cabinet) need to be installed till shower and other area.
9. Towel Hanger, Mirror and some other hanging point needs to fixed on wall for soap and other items
10. There is bathroom old parallel switch & floor heating controller to other side of wall (Behind the mirror wall on other side) that needs to be permanently closed as its no more needed and that wall area to be covered like normal wall.
11. LED light of bathroom will be reused as the same point or little bit move towards door side so that it should not affect the shower movement.
Sauna Renovation ---
1. Sauna Benches , wall material and tiling needs to be renovated
2. New sauna glass door for Sauna
We have purchase the Sauna Heater, Shower controller and Mirror cabinet with LED light that only needs to be installed.
