Hello,
We had small water leak in toilet (leak itself is fixed already). But now wooden baseboard (jalkalista) near the floor is in bad condition and we want it to be replaced.

Most probably it will require to replace all of them by perimeter, since one is covered by another.

We also would like wall under baseboard to be properly dried during replacement (since it may be potentially wet).
It would be also nice if you have possibility to do some mould check if it will look so that mould could potentially appear (although leak happened very recently).
