I have just bought an house in Helsinki, Vantaa that needs to be renovated.
I would like to have a detailed pricing, description and estimated completion time for the following:
1.Bathroom (15m2) tiling.
The bathroom currently has old and partly loose tiles that i would like to replace with new ones,
I would also like to know what would be the estimated price to install floor heating.
The toilet and sink should also be replaced so feel free to give me sugguestions or pricing for that aswell.
2. Living rooms (drywalls)
In the house i would need to paint 3 rooms where the whole surface area of the walls that need to be repainted is approximetly 200m2 (some walls may require partial filling)
I would also like to repaint the ceilings and install new parquet on the floor (surface area approximately 100m2 and the parquet i would like to be installed should be made of natural wood)
This would naturally also require the removal of the old parquet.
3.New kitchen funriture assembly
The kitchen furniture i have been looking into are the ones sold in IKEA, but i have not picked out a certain set yet.
Feel free to offer example furniture sets so i would have a better understanding of the installation prices, according to the type of furniture to be installed.
I would appriciate if the price offers for the mentioned jobs could be presented seperately, so i could decide on wheter to do them all or have some of them left out due to my fixed budget.
