Vapaa kuvaus remontista:
We are looking for a reliable contractor/team to renovate an apartment in Espoo.
The work includes:
• Building several new partition walls
• Skim coating the walls after removing the old wallpaper
• Floor leveling and installation of new flooring:
o Terrazzo tiles in the entrance
o Parquet flooring in the rest of the apartment
o Approximately 80 m² in total
o The terrazzo tiles and parquet must be installed flush with each other, at the same finished floor level
• Electrical preparation for a new kitchen
• Replacing old electrical sockets and light switches with new ones
Schedule:
• Start no later than 19 October
• Estimated duration: 4–5 weeks
A site visit can be arranged before providing a quotation.
Please see the attached simple drawing showing the planned changes:
• Yellow – elements to be demolished
• Red – new partition walls
• Colored areas – terrazzo and parquet flooring
