Vapaa kuvaus remontista:
I need my terrace to be glazed.
The final measurement is about 5400*3300cm.
There is a wall from one size and house wall from another side so only 2 walls would be glass.
In addition the terrace itself has a bit bad foundation (the temporary one) so I would like you to replace the terrace and improve foundation, it should be relatively easy because house’ foundation serves as point of attachment.
So project is: change the terrace decking + foundation and glaze the new terrace.
There is one thing: the terrace is located 1-2 meters away from walking street, there might be some need to talk to Espoo city but I am not sure about newest laws.
