Main Work:
- Removal of wall papers
- If required, flattening, sand papering, smoothing and any other necessary work before painting of wall surfaces and ceilings
- Sockets, switches, skirting boards to be removed before, and mounted after painting
- Painting of ceilings
- Primer and finish painting of walls
Floor plan attached. Rooms included are: 2xMH, VH, K, OH. Walls behind the kitchen cabinets will not be painted
Extra Work:
There is an additional (4.1m x 2.7m) wall in another flat to be painted at 100 m distance to the main apartment. Flattening, sand papering, smoothing and any other necessary work before painting (see, photographs attached).
