We are experiencing a problem with the shower water temperature.
When using the shower, the water starts hot but turns cold or only lukewarm after a few minutes, even though the shower remains on.
This does not appear to be a general hot water supply issue, because the kitchen tap and the bathroom sink continue to produce hot water normally at the same time. The issue seems to occur only with the shower.
We are looking for a professional to inspect the shower system, identify the cause of the problem, and repair it if necessary.
Additional information:
The issue occurs consistently when the shower is used.
Other taps in the apartment still provide hot water during this time.
If attached a photo of the shower and the boiler for reference.
