Walls and Ceilings Tasks:
-Removing all screws, hooks, etc., and closing and plastering all holes throughout the entire house – both the first and second floors.
-Painting all the walls.
-Painting all the ceilings.
-Plastering the walls near the stairs (first layer with plastic net and the second layer covering everything) and removing railings from the walls.
-Removing and installing new silicone on the walls, cabinets, and floor of the small toilet room on the first floor. as well as removing and installing new silicone on the walls, cabinets in the kitchen.
-Changing the grout color between the kitchen tiles (currently white tiles with grey grout, and we’d like to make the grout color closer to white).
Floor Tasks:
-Removing all baseboards.
-Installing new baseboards.
-Removing old laminate from the second floor and installing new laminate or parquet (approx. 40 m²).
Optional Tasks (Cost Dependent):
-Plastering the ceilings (to hide concrete joints) – first layer with plastic net and second layer covering everything.
-Refreshing the stairs – either painting and changing the rubber strips or removing them, depending on what is possible.
-Changing the door baseboards inside the toilet on the second floor and installing a new door sill.
Installing curtain mounts on the first floor.
