We are preparing to sell our apartment in Pohjois-Tapiola, Espoo (built in 1980), and need a professional to handle a quick bathroom fix. The job consists of two main tasks:
1) Shower Enclosure Removal & Disposal: Dismantle the existing shower enclosure (which is in bad condition) and transport it to the Sortti station for proper disposal.
2) Bathroom Deep Cleaning (Mold Removal): Thoroughly clean the bathroom. There is some surface mold on the shower tiles and grout that needs to be removed using professional cleaning agents.
Requirements:
1) Please include all costs in your quote (labor, cleaning materials, tools, transport, and Sortti disposal fees).
2) I prefer communication in English.
