I wanted to get help regarding an issue with my sauna heater. The unit is a Harvia Vega BC80 (8.0 kW, Steel) model. Recently, I noticed that the heating element has melted and shows visible signs of damage (see attached photo).
Given this, I’m wondering whether it would be sufficient to just replace the damaged heating element, or if it would be safer and more practical to replace the entire heater unit.
Could you please take a look at the photo and let me know your recommendation? Also, if replacement parts or a new unit are needed, would you be available to assist with the installation and what would be the price of the installation?
