Ground floor apartment deck needs extending and resurfacing.
The current deck measures 2.2m by 4.5m. It is supported by one concrete foundation on the ouside corner, while the other three are bolted into the building and fence base. The top boards were getting rotten so have been removed. One or two of the support beams underneath might also need replacing.
First I would like to extend the deck from the building out to the fence opposite, that current gap measures 177cm at gate door and 185cm at other end. So the new extension area would be 2.2m by 1.85m. That makes the total surface area of the deck roughly 2.2m by 6.35m.
The corner by the house and fence has a drainpipe that goes through to a drain below. The decking around that drainpipe would need to be easily removed for future drain inspections and repair work in the future.
Would be ideal if work could start soon after Juhannus, any day from 22nd June onwards.
