we lately purchased the house and the current bath room has been renewed in 2005 with floor heating. But we would like to change the tiling in the bath room and also the sauna areas. The area is probably between 12-15 m2 (need to be measured more accurately). And the tiles near the bath area are in not good condition. We would like to change the wall tiles near the bath area (wall areas about 2-3 m2).
The benches in the sauna are quite old, we want to only change the benches.
We may also consider to install a new toilet bowel.
We will buy the tiles, but the materials like adhesive should come from the contractor.
