The Problem: The unit is located upstairs. Even when set to Heating Mode at max temperature (31°C) with high fan speed, it blows only cool/lukewarm air. It does not heat up after defrost cycles. A second unit in the same house works perfectly, so I suspect this unit has a refrigerant leak.
Replacement Option: If the unit is not worth fixing due to age/cost, please provide a separate quote for a replacement unit.
