Renovation is for all the plumbing in the house, hot/cold water lines and room heating water lines (not the batteries). The house has three water spaces:
1. kitchen - one sink
2. Bathroom with one shower, two sink and one toilet.
3. Toilet room with one toilet and one sink.
The house is one floor brick house and the hot water is heated with oil heating. PEX pipes or composite pipes are to be used for transmissin, and stainless steel pipes for exposed pipes inside bathroom and toilet. The house has attic and ceiling is panelled, if useful to run hidden lines. Also, bathroom and toilet have wooden panel ceiling, where all tranmission lines could arrive and drop down to water points. All walls in the house are brick and concrete walls. Water arrives at the house in the garage (left most AT in the layout) - there is water meter.
The house is ready for renovation from 30 May.
Quotation is welcome from everyone! Please note that:
1. payment is made in full after the whole renovation is done.
2. Warrantee must be provided.
3. Cleaning and waste handling is done by the owner.
4. The contractor must speak some English for basic communication with the owner. Doesn't have to fluent.
