A ground-floor apartment terrace needs repair, extension, and resurfacing.
The current terrace measures 2.2m by 4.57m, for a total area of 10.05 m2. It is supported by one concrete foundation on the outside corner, while the other three are bolted into the building and fence base. The top boards were getting rotten, so they have been removed. One or two of the support beams underneath might also need replacing.
I want the terrace to be extended from its current end to the fence. That distance measures 177cm from one side to the fence, and 185cm from the other side to fence. So the new extension area would be 1.81m by 4.57m, for an area of 8.27m2. That makes the total surface area of the deck required 18.33m2.
The corner of the terrace by the house and fence has a drainpipe that goes through the terrace to a drain below. The terrace around that drainpipe would need to be easily removed for future drain inspections and repair work.
I would be happy for the work to start any day from 22nd June onwards.
