Bathroom + Sauna renovation:
The bathroom and sauna are attached and 8m2 combined. The current bathroom has 2 showers and 3 drainage points. The sauna contains an electrical stove and 1 drainage point. We would like to replace one shower with a hand faucet and sink, both the bathroom and sauna need to be redone as a whole.
Demolition:
Stripping of the bathroom and sauna: Removing floor tiles, wall tiles, ceiling, a few glass bricks from the wall, and faucets.
Drainage replacement:
Removal (covering) of one drainage point and relocation of another drainage point (floor has electrical floor heating). Additionally one water outlet needs to be relocated.
Electricity:
Placement of one electrical outlet in the bathroom (currently there is none).
Bathroom:
Floor - Preferably PolyUrethane (PU) casting floor
Walls - Within shower cabin: tiles, shower niche / Outside shower cabin: waterproof plaster / Around hand-sink: strip of tiles
Ceiling - Wood
Sauna:
Floor - Preferably PolyUrethane (PU) casting floor
Walls - Wood (isolation depending on recommendations)
Ceiling - Wood
